MedCost is a regional health benefits administrative partner specializing in self-funded corporate health benefits and group insurance plans. The brand was looking for support in communicating their complex story, reaching multiple audiences and transforming their website into an easy-to-use educational platform.
Branding
By conducting stakeholder interviews and focus groups, Trone uncovered a key insight into a universal challenge for employers. We crafted MedCost’s brand story and created a brand icon to address employer concerns and communicate MedCost’s balanced approach to helping companies provide health care benefits.
Marketing
Our marketing and social media specialists developed a targeted social media plan to reach employers and company benefits brokers through LinkedIn. We designed relevant branded content that engaged MedCost’s audiences and prompted sales conversations.
Website
Trone redesigned the MedCost website to be more user-friendly and connect with all four of the brand’s audiences. Our goal was to create an educational platform where each audience could easily find help and direction. From a prominent chat button to a streamlined menu bar providing quick access to claims and benefits, the website functions as a guide on the journey to better health.
