What We Need:

Trone is seeking a mid–senior level Art Director to champion and create great design and innovative, strategic concepts—both digitally and traditionally. To be successful in this role, you will need to be part of a team committed to quality as you graphically communicate clients’ brand stories through logos and packaging as well as digital, social and traditional ads and communications.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create concepts that are innovative but on strategy and on brand for a variety of clients 
• Work as a part of a committed team to deliver excellence in all client touchpoints 
• Lead the visual aesthetic of the agency and our clients
• Ensure quality of all final assets

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Art Direction, Communication Design or Graphic Design; or a Portfolio School equivalent
• 5–7 years of experience as an Art Director or Designer 
• Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, bonus Figma  
• Ability to multitask and think quickly 
• Strong working knowledge of all visual technologies and a desire to learn emerging programs and platforms
• Excellent communication skills 
• Professional presentation skills and ability to present work in a compelling and respectful manner (previous engagements with clients required)
