Diggo Case Study
Diggo is a veterinary research service that provides insight into what today’s pet owners think about veterinary care and their pets’ health. New to the industry, Diggo needed a brand identity and communication strategy, a cohesive marketing plan and an eCommerce website for prospects to purchase briefs.
Branding
Trone established a simple brand story to help Diggo communicate this new concept in the veterinary world. We created the iconic Diggo name and logo—highlighting the words “dig” and “go”—to indicate how easy it is to explore the research and implement the retention and growth strategies provided.
Marketing
Our marketing specialists developed a branded presence for Diggo’s trade show debut. On-site trade show signage helped drive signups and complimentary brief downloads. We designed an email marketing campaign teasing upcoming briefs to build interest and a digital marketing campaign to drive veterinarians to the site.
Website
Trone designed a branded website to showcase Diggo content and how the service offers actionable steps for veterinary clinics to strengthen their position in the marketplace. This gated eCommerce site houses all brief content digitally and makes paid research viewable only as briefs are purchased.
Notable Accomplishments
Diggo was selected for the 2020 VMX conference Startup Circle Showcase as a new and noteworthy veterinary resource.
